Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address.

Paw Verse USA cannot:

  • Replace or refund orders delivered to wrong addresses

  • Modify an address after the order has been shipped

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately within 12 hours.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Although rare, shipping delays can occur.
If your package is suspected lost:

  • We will contact the carrier

  • We will assist in tracking and claiming

  • Refunds for lost packages are processed only if verified by the carrier

Customs or Duties

No customs or import fees apply within the USA.
